Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and intelligent experiences across our core platform. You’ll shape the UX of recruiter tools, job/resume pipelines, and AI-powered insights. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric experiences across Celect’s web and dashboard interfaces
• Work closely with product and engineering to translate ideas into a functional UI
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration
• Define and maintain a scalable design system aligned with our brand
• Collaborate on data and AI features (e.g., resume/job analysis, AI matching UI)
• Contribute to product direction and feature prioritization

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web app design
• Proficient in Figma and design systems
• Ability to turn complex flows into clean, intuitive UX
• Experience working with technical teams in agile environments
• Bonus: Experience designing AI-powered products or B2B tools
• Bonus: Understanding of recruiter tools, hiring systems, or HR tech
