Role Overview

We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our Resume Intelligence Team. You’ll be responsible for building and fine-tuning our AI-powered resume and job matching engine. This includes working with OpenAI APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt pipelines to deliver fast, accurate, and explainable insights to recruiters and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain LLM workflows for resume/job matching and scoring
• Build and optimize embeddings and vector search (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant)
• Engineer prompt chains for job description parsing, resume extraction, and matching
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate AI into core user flows
• Track model performance and continuously improve ranking and relevance
• Document AI decisions, logic, and model behavior for transparency

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in applied AI/ML or backend-focused AI roles
• Proficient in Python, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs
• Experience with embedding models, vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, etc.)
• Comfortable with prompt engineering and evaluating LLM responses
• Exposure to job/resume or search/recommendation data is a strong plus
• Bonus: experience integrating AI into production SaaS or recruitment platforms
